Australian roofers, scored on a formula you can read
RooferScore is an Australian roofer directory that scores every business out of 100 on a published formula, shows its licence status with the date we checked it, and shows roofing prices with the source and date behind each one.
A score you can take apart.
Reputation, 70 points: Google rating 35, review count 25, review recency 10.
Checks, 30 points: state licence match 20, years trading 10. Where a check is not available yet, the score is rescaled.
Nobody can pay to change a score. Paid spots are labelled and sit outside the ranked list.

Reply Test: not tested yet.
No roofer has been tested yet. When the first round runs, the result shows beside each business, with the date, and it never changes the score.
How the Reply Test will workWhere the licence check stands
Licence checks run one state at a time. Where a check is pending, the licence input is left out and the score is rescaled; each page says so.
- NSW: pending (current extract not yet available (open file dated Dec 2023))
- VIC: pending (register lists registered builders without a roofing/concreting class)
- QLD: live, matched by name against the QBCC licensed contractors register (extract 16 Oct 2026)
- WA: pending (no bulk register, manual checks start after launch)
- SA: pending (no bulk register, manual checks start after launch)
